How to use

Drink one bottle of Heka
every other day until complete.

Consume each bottle completely within 30 minutes of opening it.

If you miss a day, simply continue where you left off and consume as directed.

If you have missed more than 3 days in a row, please contact HEKA Relief.

Store HEKA in a cool, dry place.
Do not freeze.

Refrigeration is not necessary but is recommended to improve the taste.
